SIG joined the greater Gresham community on Saturday, June 24, 2023 with a booth at the Original Gresham Farmer’s Market (GFM). SIG members educated GFM patrons on SIG membership, its programs and community involvement. SIG members also promoted the 2023 Soroptimist Teddy Bear Parade (TBP), SIG’s primary fundraiser that supports its programs. GFM patrons posed in the selfie-station with a giant teddy bear riding in a Radio Flyer, a real-life adaptation of the TBP logo. SIG will return to GFM on August 19 and September 9 building up to the 2023 Teddy Bear Parade on September 30.
